1-1 Personal Training
Our gold standard training for those wanting 1-1 coaching with us, bespoke training programs and the highest level of coaching.
With the 1-1 personal training each client receives:
- Mobility screening and performance testing with an individualised report
- Mobility exercises to complete at home, with access to private online videos demonstrating how to complete each exercise.
- Bespoke mobility targeted to their areas of restricted range of motion
- Completely bespoke and individualised training programs and sessions based around the individual goals, fitness levels, training experience and injury history.
- Nutritional advice and guidance to support the training
The 1-1 personal training will get you building strength, improve your cardiovascular fitness, improve you mobility and transform not just your performance whether for sport or every day life, but also your appearance in a manner that is sustainable in the long run.
This is our most bespoke training option and ideal for those new to training, training for a sporting performance or training for a specific event where there is a set timeframe.
Small Group Personal Training (Max 4 people0
The small group personal training is ideal for individuals who still want to experience the high level of coaching and individual attention but in a manner that is more cost effective.
We cap the numbers to a maximum of 4 people so that the coaches can really focus on every member of the group to improve form, teach new movements and ensure that each client gets the maximum from their session.
Small group personal training is a great way to train with your friends, and have a laugh with the coaches and other clients in the group while achieving the results you want.
With the small group personal training clients receive:
- Mobility screening and performance testing with an individualised report.
- Mobility exercises to complete at home, complete with access to private online videos demonstrating each exercise.
- Bespoke mobility work targeted to their areas of restricted range of motion.
- Sessions designed for the entire group based off of periodised model used so there are different areas of focus throughout the year. Yet within each session exercises will be tailored to each individuals level of experience or ability.
- Nutritional advice and guidance to support training.
Come and improve your health, fitness, strength and performance while enjoying the atmosphere of group training.
We know that its not possible for everyone to come and train with us in the gym. Yet this doesn't mean you can't still benefit from our experience and expertise to improve your health, fitness or performance in sport or everyday life.
Our remote coaching or online coaching allows us to train you wherever you are in the world.
With the remote coaching clients receive:
- Mobility screening and performance tests to complete and send back.
- Individualised reports from analysing the test reports.
- Bespoke training programs delivered each month based on goals, experience and facilities available.
- Access to an online library of private videos demonstrating how to complete each exercise in the program with good form.
- Nutritional advice and guidance to support the training.
- Weekly phone or email correspondence to support the program.
- Monthly Skype or FaceTime call to discuss the program and support the clients.
